Job summary

Good Authority is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to own features from concept through production. You will help expand product capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and quality across existing systems.

You will design, implement, test, and deploy both frontend and backend software, extend services for rapid product development, and collaborate across a broad technical surface to make pragmatic engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.
• Professional experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Practical experience using large language model APIs in production, beyond experimentation.
• Comfort taking ownership of features from initial design through release and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features across areas such as security, compliance, user profiles, integrations, voice, and safety controls.
• Design, implement, test, and deploy production software across frontend and backend systems.
• Extend and maintain services that support rapid product development without compromising existing functionality.
• Collaborate across a wide technical surface area and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
• Contribute directly to building reliable product capabilities with a high standard of implementation quality.
