Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I - EHR Integrations, Fullstack, to advance 0 to 1 product initiatives that connect analytics and care insights with EHR systems.

You'll build full-stack apps atop interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7), create Chromium overlay and Windows desktop integrations, and mentor peers while collaborating with PMs and Eng Managers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years experience as an engineer on a cross-functional team.
• 4+ years experience building complex frontend (UI/UX) focused applications.
• 4+ years experience with CSS/HTML/JavaScript and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, VueJs/Ember).
• 2+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker and leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and performant solutions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers including thorough pull request reviews.
