Job summary

GCyber is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a government customer. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure applications across UI, API/service, business logic, and data layers using Java, JavaScript, Python, and Spring Boot in an Agile environment.

You will implement automated testing, code reviews, and defect resolution while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible to obtain a CI Poly.
• BA/BS and 8+ years of IT experience.
• Active IAT II certification.
• Full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, API, database, and data models.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, cloud technologies, AWS services including EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, and Docker.
• Strong experience with DevSecOps, automated testing, CI/CD, deployment orchestration, and infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JMeter.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize front-end features, back-end services, APIs, and data models for modernization and cloud adoption.
• Implement automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Engineer infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD capabilities with CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and Bitbucket; support environments and release management.
