RADICL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Apps team. You will build core product experiences for vulnerability management, compliance, training, and task management across React, Express APIs, Go microservices, and PostgreSQL databases.

You will shape end-user interfaces, robust backend systems, and seamless integrations while shaping the platform's evolution toward scalable, secure architecture. Collaboration with a founding team, hybrid work, and meaningful impact await.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React and Node.js, 5+ years of production experience.
• Go experience preferred; modern, scalable microservices.
• PostgreSQL proficiency with complex queries, schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing RESTful services and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features across the stack from UI to Go microservices and databases.
• Design and ship secure, scalable web experiences for security operators and admins.
• Mentor teammates and drive architectural decisions across the stack.
