Aurora Solar Canada is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Consumer to build end-to-end experiences helping homeowners understand options, financing, and connect with installers. You will ship across the stack and drive features, experimentation, analytics, and operations.

This role suits someone who moves fast, communicates clearly, and makes smart tradeoffs. You will help deliver MVPs aligned with business goals and iterates with customer feedback and data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional software engineering.
• Full-stack JavaScript experience with React.
• Proficient in Python or Ruby and SQL.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build consumer-facing features.
• Design and deploy high-quality code across frontend and backend for the solar consumer journey.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Champion code quality through reviews and testing for reliability and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and process enhancements.
• Deliver end-to-end work spanning product, analytics, and tooling.
