Solar.com is seeking a senior software engineer to own the product homeowners touch, end to end. You will build the home solar quoting and financing experience used by millions, shipping fast to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production web apps.
• Deep TS and React experience; Next.js a strong plus.
• Comfort with backend work: APIs, data modeling, relational DBs.
• Track record of independent shipping and clear tradeoffs.
• Strong written communication; able to work async on a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: funnel, dashboard, and marketing surfaces.
• Work across a modern TS stack with a bias toward shipping.
• Integrate third-party data/APIs for a fast, reliable experience.
• Prioritize performance, accessibility, and correctness in code.
• Help set engineering standards and mentor growth as the team expands.
