Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with distributed microservices and full-stack systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to meet regulatory needs.
• Mentor engineers, share tech trends, and contribute to internal/external communities.
• Collaborate with product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
• Utilize Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and databases.
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools to deploy and operate services.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams and set engineering standards.
• Define service boundaries with architects and identify refactoring opportunities.
• Influence long-term tech strategy and adoption of new tools.
