Horizontal Talent is seeking a full-stack engineer to accelerate clinical trial startup through modern UI and reliable backend services. Qualifications

• Experience with modern React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Background in Python and FastAPI, with RESTful APIs experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker/Podman, and cloud deployment workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL database design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services with Python and FastAPI.
• Document API endpoints clearly and support clean, consistent integration patterns.
• Contribute to scalable data workflows that support complex clinical trial operations.
• Containerize applications and deploy in Google Cloud Platform environments using Cloud Run.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Cloud SQL for database design and queries.
• Support enterprise API management and integration using ApigeeX.
• Participate in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices to improve delivery reliability and speed.
• Help implement secure authentication and identity workflows using OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality, well-tested solutions aligned to engineering best practices.
