Argo Cyber Systems, LLC is seeking an Application Developer III to support a U.S. Government program in Arlington, VA. The role is on-site with hybrid options, requiring US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance (DHS suitability).

You will design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable software across full stack technologies. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience with Python, Java, and NodeJS, strong front-end/back-end skills, and experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; ability to obtain within 1 year is required.
• 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience.

Argo Cyber is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Argo Cyber is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities. The Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in our organization's technology team.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end and back-end components of web applications.

Required Skills

• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within 1 year

• 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and NodeJS.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one of more of the following: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, JBDC, etc.
• Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one of more of the following: Pytest, Jupyter, Java Spring, JUnit, Hibernate, JavaScript, ReactJs, etc.
• Experience leading multiple software development teams.
• Experience developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid- to large-scale programs.
• Experience with cloud computing, multimedia storage, knowledge databases and data-mining analytics.
• Agile development methodology experience required.
• Experience with Linux and/or Unix.
• Experience with Jenkins and/or CloudBees.
