Job summary

SCAILE is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to own the architecture of our Content Engine and scale our platform for enterprise content discovery. You will work directly with the founding team in Munich during a critical growth phase.

The role requires hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Docker, plus a CS degree. On-site in Munich, you will help ship features end-to-end and build high-throughput workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in full-stack development with a backend focus.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field; valid work permit for Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs powering the content engine.
• Contribute across the full stack, including frontend work, to ship features end-to-end.
• Set up autonomous, high-throughput workflows for large-scale content processing.
• Ship fast and iterate closely with the team to improve systems.
