Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Architecture Team. You will shape technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, secure systems built on C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, and Angular. Role blends hands-on coding with architectural leadership in a fast-paced health tech environment.

You will drive best practices, participate in CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications on the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure).
• Strong understanding of OO design, design patterns, and domain-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural design with focus on scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop, test, and deploy cloud-based apps using C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and Angular.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and patterns (SOLID, DDD, CQRS) and Agile/CI/CD practices.
• Write and maintain high-quality code with emphasis on unit/integration testing and pipelines.
• Mentor engineers across teams and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Drive DevOps adoption, microservices, Docker, Service Bus, Redis, and observability platforms.
