Job summary

Evolver in the United States is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Application Experiences team and build applications that bring our AI platform into everyday enterprise work. You will develop web experiences that help users across roles accomplish their tasks with AI, connecting frontend interfaces to business logic, data, and platform capabilities.

Working with product managers, designers, domain experts, and platform engineers, you will own features from technical design

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Application Experiences team and build applications that bring our AI platform into everyday enterprise work.

You will develop web experiences that help users across different roles accomplish their work with AI. These applications will support a range of business scenarios—from initiating processes and providing context to reviewing results, making decisions, and providing feedback. You will build frontend interfaces and connect these experiences to business logic, enterprise data, and AI platform capabilities.

Working closely with product managers, designers, domain experts, and platform engineers, you will translate business needs into intuitive, reliable applications. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with ownership of features from technical design through implementation, production release, and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build features across the full stack: Translate customer needs, business scenarios, and user requirements into working applications. Own implementation across frontend interfaces and backend integrations, from early prototypes through production releases.
• Create intuitive web experiences: Develop responsive, accessible interfaces tailored to different user roles and workflows. Make complex AI interactions understandable, including providing input, tracking progress, reviewing outputs, correcting results, and approving actions.
• Develop application services and integrations: Build and maintain backend services and APIs that connect user experiences to business logic, enterprise data, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with platform engineers on API contracts, data flows, and asynchronous workflows.
• Improve application architecture: Contribute to component design, state management, service boundaries, and integration patterns that support maintainability, reuse, performance, and reliability.
• Deliver production‑quality AI experiences: Handle streaming responses, long‑running operations, incomplete results, and failures gracefully. Build automated tests and instrumentation, and contribute to evaluation practices that measure application reliability, AI output quality, and user success.
• Strengthen engineering quality: Participate in technical design discussions, write and review production code, share knowledge, and mentor teammates. Partner with product, design, domain, platform, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver enterprise‑ready applications.

Qualifications

Experience

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Experience delivering features across frontend interfaces, backend services, and API integrations.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications and integrating LLM or agent capabilities into user‑facing workflows.

Technical Skills

• Experience designing maintainable web applications, including reusable components, application state, routing, and data fetching.
• Experience building backend application services in Python and designing REST APIs.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous services, including streaming updates and long‑running tasks.
• Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Practical understanding of LLM application patterns, including conversational interfaces, structured outputs, retrieval‑augmented generation, and human review.

Soft Skills

• Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear user journeys, technical designs, and manageable implementation steps.
• Sound engineering judgment and clear communication of technical tradeoffs.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, designers, domain experts, and platform engineers.
