Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Global Technology's Consumer Product & Innovation group in Beaverton. You will drive full-stack features, mentor peers, and help shape scalable, secure web services used by Nike product teams.

You’ll work with NodeJS, Python, React, and AWS in a collaborative, on-site environment, contributing to robotic AI, data models, and computer vision initiatives. Strong communication and architectural skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• Strong technical and non-technical communications skills.
• Ability to leverage a deep and broad set of experiences when considering solutions.
• Patience with an action-oriented mindset while resolving technical and interpersonal conflict.
• Good instincts regarding the consequences of complexity.
• Experience designing and consuming reliable, secure web services for front end use.
• Experience building consumer-facing web UIs with modular/reactive frameworks.
• Participation in architectural design discussions and best-practice learnings.
• Contributing to software change lifecycle, source control, and review processes.
• Anchor design practices on observability and automated quality checks.
• Ability to test and assert quality of own work in an automated way.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities
