Job summary

Stash is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead the StashWorks B2B product. You will own projects across onboarding, eligibility, enrollment, identity, integrations, lifecycle communications, and operational tooling.

You’ll work with AI coding assistants to architect and implement services, own deployments, and scale infrastructure for a growing customer base. Hybrid NYC-based work with strong cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software experience.
• Hands-on with AI tools as a core part of daily workflows.
• Successful across services and codebases.
• Writes pragmatic, maintainable Go code.
• Experience designing APIs and integrating external systems.
• Understands production operations, observability, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and rapidly implement services by leveraging AI coding assistants.
• Own the end to end delivery of software from inception to production.
• Instrument, test, profile, and code review software.
• Continuously deploy to our cloud-based infrastructure.
• Scale software infrastructure for a quickly-growing user base.
