Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to own and operate the Monitoring Cloud stack across multi-cloud deployments. You will productize infrastructure, build AI-assisted tooling, and ensure resilient, secure observability at scale.

You will design IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes, automate deployments across AWS/GCP, and drive on-call excellence and incident response with a focus on enterprise reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distributed systems or DevOps at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS and/or GCP.
• Proficiency in Java or Python; Grafana experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IaC and automation using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Productize monitoring components for internal teams.
• Operate air-gapped environments and secure architectures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and perform RCA with AI-assisted tooling.
• Lead next-gen AI-driven features and development practices.
