Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full stack engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work onsite with customers approximately 25% of the time (travel covered).

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and deliver full-stack features across the Innovation Team’s product roadmap.
• Engage with users to uncover pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud infrastructure for new and existing applications.
• Build intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend services.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and mission engagement teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
