Job summary

Atlas Tech seeks a Full Stack Developer for the Atlas Innovation Team to architect, build, and deploy mission-critical capabilities used by national security customers. You will collaborate with end users, translate insights into intuitive software, and ship features frequently in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work across cloud infrastructure, backend services, and frontend interfaces, leveraging AWS, Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as a full stack engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency with core tech stack: AWS, Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tools, IaC, Docker.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and deliver full-stack features across the Innovation Team’s product roadmap.
• Engage with users and mission partners to uncover pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud infrastructure in support of new and existing apps.
• Build intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend services.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and lead initiatives to enhance workflows.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and mission engagement teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security.
• Support rapid prototyping, iteration, and deployment in dynamic environments.
