Job summary

Atlas Tech is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Innovation Team, architecting, building, and deploying mission-critical capabilities for national security customers. You will collaborate with end users to translate insights into intuitive software solutions.

You will ship features frequently, tackle complex problems, and contribute to new products that support essential missions. Occasional travel to work onsite with customers is required, with a focus on secure, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full stack engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.
• IaC experience with CDK or Terraform.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Willingness to travel onsite with customers (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and deliver full-stack features across the Innovation Team’s product roadmap.
• Engage with users and mission partners to uncover pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud infrastructure in support of new and existing applications.
• Build intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend services.
• Identify areas for technical and process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance our development workflows.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and mission engagement teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security.
• Support rapid prototyping, iteration, and deployment in dynamic operational environments.
