Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Chantilly, VA seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive rapid AI-assisted development using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and PostgreSQL. This position is hybrid and supports a DOJ program.

Top Secret clearance is required. The role emphasizes secure coding, modern enterprise architecture, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot for enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years front-end development with Angular (17+ preferred).
• 5+ years PostgreSQL and AWS cloud experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI model execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refactor Java/Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end apps in a complex enterprise environment.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, generate code, create unit tests.
• Ensure security requirements, AWS architecture standards, and PostgreSQL best practices.
• Design, develop, and support AI models with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Debug, optimize, and validate code for scalable, maintainable software.
