Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Senior Web Application Developer with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions in Washington D.C. Hybrid work arrangement supports collaboration with DOJ program stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and ALM while delivering scalable Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI solutions. TS/SCI eligible status is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience.
• 5–8 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Strong Dataverse data modelling and enterprise Power Platform architecture.
• Experience developing PCF controls, custom connectors, C# plugins, and API integrations.
• Hands-on with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, security, ALM, solution management, and low-code development best practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, Git, and automated deployments.
• Ability to gather requirements, build Power BI dashboards, mentor developers, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Power Platform certifications, Dynamics 365, and Agile experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Develop custom connectors, PCF controls, C# plugins, and API integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and external systems.
• Establish governance, security, ALM processes, environment strategies, and DevOps deployment pipelines.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, solution reviews, and define platform strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, mentoring, and best practices.
