Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot for enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years front-end development with Angular (17+ preferred).
• 5+ years PostgreSQL and AWS cloud experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI model execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refactor Java/Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end apps in a complex enterprise environment.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery, generate code, create unit tests.
• Ensure security requirements, AWS architecture standards, and PostgreSQL best practices.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment while leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery and maintain complex enterprise applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-assisted development technologies, Java Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and PostgreSQL in Chantilly, VA supporting a DOJ Program.

Responsibilities of the Senior Full Stack Software Developer include:

• Develop, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end applications in a complex enterprise environment.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, generate code, create unit tests, and support modernization initiatives.
• Ensure applications and AI-generated code adhere to security requirements, AWS cloud architecture standards, and PostgreSQL database best practices.
• Design, develop, and support AI models while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Debug, optimize, and validate code to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Qualifications for the Senior Full Stack Software Developer include:

• Undergraduate or Master's Degree in Computer Science and 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot development and strong expertise building enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years of experience developing front-end applications with Angular (Version 17+ preferred).
• 5+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL databases and AWS cloud environments.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI models.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, code quality, debugging, and application modernization.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development methodologies, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation for the Senior Full Stack Software Developer include:

• Salary Range: $170,000 - $195,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
