Job summary

Worthy Advice, Inc. is building AI-enabled reasoning assistants for financial advisors to analyze complex documents (1040s, 1099s, W-2s, and more) at scale. The role covers backend, frontend, and AI workflows, including on-call duties to maintain system reliability.

You will shape product behavior from tax rules through scalable pipelines, ensuring verifiable results and secure, auditable processes in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in building backend systems and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and model orchestration.
• Ability to design full-stack features across backend and frontend.
• Experience with distributed processing and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end to end including backend, frontend and AI workflow.
• Develop AI-driven document extraction and validation workflows.
• Translate tax rules into product behavior with precise encoding.
• Build internal QA, human-review tooling, and eval analytics.
• Ensure reliability, observability and safe deployments.
• Experiment with model configurations to optimize latency and accuracy.
