Start With Level, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Madison, WI office. You’ll own projects end-to-end across backend, frontend, and AI/LLM-driven workflows, helping shape our product and culture as we scale.

You’ll tackle a range of problems, move quickly, and take ownership while collaborating with the founding team and customers to build solutions that work in the real world. We value pragmatism, strong communication, and the ability to ship with quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience required.
• Ability to design systems, not just implement them.
• Generalist with cross-stack capabilities.
• Strong communication and bias toward ownership.
