Job summary

SuiteOp Inc. is seeking a senior individual-contributor engineer who is exceptionally good at building with AI.

You will own end-to-end features across a TypeScript monorepo—schema migrations, backend services, and typed frontends—often in a single PR. You will ship across multi-region, data-residency-sensitive products, integrate with real-world systems, and shape AI workflows and guardrails to ensure reliable AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years writing production TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Ability to ship end-to-end features across backend, schema, and frontend.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and understanding of their limits.
• Strong relational database instincts and schema design.
• Sound architectural judgment about build vs buy vs refactor.
• High standard for engineering hygiene and code quality.
• Clear written communication in async environments.

Responsibilities

• Ship full vertical slices across a TypeScript monorepo in a single PR.
• Lead end-to-end implementation from database to frontend.
• Develop across multi-region, data-residency-sensitive product from day one.
• Integrate with external systems like property management, payments, telemetry.
• Model and guide AI-assisted development workflows and guardrails.
• Maintain codebase quality through reviews and architecture choices.
