Job summary

BNamericas is rebuilding its internal platform with AI at its core. As a senior engineer, you will own features end to end—from schema to interface—driving resilient product capabilities that scale for a global, data-driven business.

You will work on multi-agent extraction pipelines, human-in-the-loop tooling, and production-grade data quality gates, with a small, fast-moving team and real internal users. You will contribute across the stack: Python backend (FastAPI, PostgreSQL), frontend

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production web applications end to end, backend-weighted.
• Strong Python in production with modern frameworks (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience in relational data modelling and migrations against live data.
• Real frontend experience and ability to ship usable UI across tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLm-backed systems (agents, graph orchestration, RAG, prompts).
• Familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools, and knowing their limits.
• Production experience on major cloud platforms (AWS) including containers, background jobs, secrets, logs.
