The company in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for Customer Interfaces to drive the evolution of its experience platform, building AI-integrated UI and backend guardrails that empower global teams to deliver secure, conversational financial experiences.

You will architect end-to-end streaming UIs in Vue/Preact, design Java services, mentor engineers, enforce zero-trust security, and partner with Product to solve merchant workflows while maintaining production reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Senior Software Engineer level with ownership of distributed web apps.
• Nice to have monorepo experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Intelligent Customer Interfaces by building Dynamic/Agentic UI components in Vue/Preact.
• Architect backend integration with Java services orchestrating data pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Set engineering standards, mentor teams, and promote reproducibility and documentation.
• Architect zero-trust AI guardrails and secure policy enforcement for Agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate merchant problems into high-velocity solutions.
• Own production code, monitor performance, ensure security compliance, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop AI for production with evaluation frameworks, latency-optimized streaming, and observability.
• Coordinate across global engineering hubs to align technical decisions.
