Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to evolve the NBA platform's Action Library and Command Center — a front‑end heavy, hands‑on role.

You’ll design modern UIs with React/TypeScript, build REST APIs with Node.js, and model data in PostgreSQL, while integrating with Kafka and cloud pipelines. You’ll collaborate across product, design, and platform teams, ensuring scalable, reliable, and production‑ready software with strong testing discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience with React/TypeScript.
• Experience building production web apps with modern React architecture.
• Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases; data modeling.
• Understanding of frontend architecture: state, routing, accessibility, perf.
• Experience with API contracts, schema validation, typed development.
• Familiarity with container deployment, CI/CD, cloud-native.
• Strong testing disciplines: unit/integration/e2e.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, accessible UIs using React/TypeScript.
• Deliver features across the stack including services and data models.
• Develop and publish REST APIs with contract-first design.
• Model PostgreSQL schemas and optimize queries.
• Integrate with Kafka-based publishing and orchestration services.
• Translate business workflows into intuitive UX designs.
