Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and expand an AI-native product from data model to API and UI in a TS stack, located on-site in Aventura, FL. You will shape architecture, scale for upmarket deployments, and collaborate with founders and product teams.

The role requires 8+ years in full-stack development with TS across React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS, plus a track record shipping product at a growing tech company.

Senior Full Stack Engineer | Own an AI Product End-to-End

Compensation: $230-280k base + 0.2-0.4% equity

Location: On-site 5 days/week in Aventura FL

WHO WE ARE

We're building the AI-native compliance platform that's redefining how companies get and stay audit-ready. Compliance — SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR — has always meant months of spreadsheets, screenshots, and back-and-forth with auditors. We're replacing all of that with AI agents that handle evidence collection, policy generation, and continuous monitoring automatically, turning a months-long slog into a matter of days.

We launched in early 2025 and went from zero to 700+ customers in our first year — still accelerating month over month. We're a lean team of about 20, fully remote-adjacent in spirit but building something so core to the business that we want our engineers in the room together. We're backed by top early-stage investors and closing our Series A right now, which means real momentum, real resources, and real upside for whoever joins next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and expand our product end-to-end: data model → API → UI, architected by you
• Make real technical decisions that shape how we scale as we move upmarket
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code) as your daily driver, while your senior judgment catches what the AI misses
• Work directly with founders, product, and customer-facing teams
• Split your time roughly 60% backend / 40% frontend across a modern TypeScript stack

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with deep TypeScript chops across React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS
• A résumé with real pedigree — you've shipped product at a well-known tech company or been a founding/early engineer at a high-growth, VC-backed startup
• Bonus points if you've worked in B2B SaaS, infra, devtools, or security, or shipped LLM-powered agents in production
• You own things without needing hand-holding, and you're comfortable in ambiguity
• You're excited to be in-office 5 days a week at our brand-new space in Aventura
