Job summary

Oxy is seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to join the IT Enterprise Content Management group in Houston, TX. You will configure McLaren EDMS, develop workflows, and build RESTful APIs and responsive UIs to streamline oil & gas operations.

You will collaborate with business analysts, ECM architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Proficient with .NET, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
Strong SQL skills for DB management, query optimization, and schema design.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize the McLaren EDMS to meet complex requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain McLaren workflows, UIs, and reporting components.
Collaborate with analysts, engineering, and ECM architects to translate requirements.
Integrate McLaren with ECM systems (e.g., IBM FileNet) via APIs and connectors.
Develop RESTful APIs and web components to extend McLaren capabilities.
Build responsive UI for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
Ensure data integrity, security, and access control per standards.
Test, validate, and troubleshoot McLaren configurations and custom code.
Support deployment, upgrades, and migrations, including data mapping.
