Job summary

D2 Consulting is seeking a dynamic Full Stack Software Developer to build and maintain complex IT applications in a fast-paced, agile setting. You’ll handle both front-end and back-end development, integrate systems, and focus on user-centered design to deliver high-quality web solutions.

You’ll collaborate with product teams, prototype rapidly, and document your approaches, using open standards and ICDs to improve interoperability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Backend experience with Python for backend development, and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile environments and collaboration between teams.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of user-centered and human-centered design principles for UX.
• Experience with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, and S3.

Responsibilities

• Agile development within a defined process, collaborating to rapidly build and iterate software solutions.
• Full stack development designing, coding, and testing front-end and back-end solutions.
• Write integration code to connect and interface systems and services across platforms.
• Develop interoperability-focused solutions using open standards and ICDs.
• Rapid prototyping to demonstrate look, feel, and functionality for new designs.
• Analyze user feedback and update solutions to ensure the best user experience.
• Prepare clear, concise documentation and communicate design principles to the team.
