We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (React/.NET) to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be working with a high-performing team to build a modern, cloud-based internal application from scratch, following a modular and service-oriented architecture. This role is ideal for developers passionate about scalable web applications and end-to-end software craftsmanship.

Our client operates in the financial services industry, revolutionizing equipment financing through tailored, tech-enabled leasing solutions. The mission is to provide modern, accessible funding strategies for businesses of all sizes.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with recent full stack or frontend-heavy experience.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience building SPAs, using shared UI kits, and managing design systems.
• Familiarity with state management tools like useContext, useReducer, or Redux.
• Strong knowledge of routing, performance tuning, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating and consuming .NET backend APIs (C#) via RESTful services.
• Understanding of backend concepts like controllers, DTOs, mapping, and structured data handling.
• Familiarity with microservices, CQRS, and event-driven architecture is a plus.
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest or xUnit, and tools like ESLint and Prettier.
• Experience working in monorepos with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
• Nice to have: Azure DevOps, auth/token management, Module Federation, design tokens, and cross-layer debugging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable features across frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to build performant applications.
• Develop and maintain React-based frontends and integrate with .NET APIs.
• Support backend logic including request handling, data mapping, and validation.
• Ensure code quality via peer reviews, testing, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and process improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
