.NET/React Full Stack Developer
Location: 100% remote
Duration: 6-months to start with potential for extension
Our client, a global industry leader in claims administration and risk management, is seeking a talented .NET/React Full Stack Developer to join their innovative and fast-paced team. This is a 100% remote opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency with .NET Core, C#, and React.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC 5 framework.
- Hands-on knowledge of WCF, ADO.NET, and Web Services.
- Expertise in working with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of data formats like XML and JSON.
- Solid understanding of HTML and front-end technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, test and debug software and applications.
- Determine the impact of new programs on and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Develop expertise in and assume responsibility for one or more specific system functions.
- Formulate/define system scope and objectives.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Responsible for project completion.
- Provide guidance and training to other analyst/programmers.
- Become familiar with all aspects of the application, including reports, parameters, claims management, intake services, carrier/client interfaces and vendor/business partner interfaces.
- Assume responsibility and develops expertise for a specific area of functionality of the application.
- Analyze user needs, as required, and leads in the design of specifications to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain software to meet the specifications outlined in data processing requests.
- Assess requirements of insurance carriers and regulatory groups.
- Lead in the design and development of software to meet those requirements.
- Test and debug software.
- Assist in testing projects for other analyst/programmers.
- Prepare documentation for assigned projects and completes the paperwork necessary to release the project.
- Assist in the professional growth of other analyst/programmers.
- Follow departmental pre-established standards and guidelines as applicable to design and development.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program development.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience focused on interpreting user requirements, business application design, and programming business applications.
- Knowledge of client/server applications and claims management systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- High level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
