Job summary

MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Python and React) for a hybrid role in Austin, TX. Contract position with 3 days remote and 2 days on‑site (Mon & Wed). Strong focus on secure web portals, data integration, and cloud-native architectures.

The candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack applications, implement authentication and authorization, and collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in healthcare and public health contexts.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting full‑stack web apps.
• 5 years preferred in secure web portals or enterprise apps with RBAC and API integration.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, FastAPI, and Terraform.
• Healthcare data experience or HIPAA/privacy/security familiarity.
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML or similar enterprise authentication.
• Cloud services and data platforms (AWS, data warehouses, analytics).
• Event-driven architectures with cloud-native integration and messaging.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated deployments, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with AWS HealthLake, Snowflake or similar healthcare data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understands business objectives, analyzes options, and performs cost/benefit studies.
• Analyzes user requirements to automate processing and improve systems.
• Writes detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
• Reviews system capabilities and scheduling limits for requested changes.
• Serves as Full Stack Developer resource for portal projects; on‑site/hybrid work.
