Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• 5+ years designing secure web portals with RBAC, identity management, API integration, security and operational support.
• 5+ years React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, FastAPI and Terraform.
• 3+ years healthcare data environments, HIPAA, privacy and data governance.
• 3+ years cloud integration with AWS services, APIs and analytics platforms.
• 3+ years implementing OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML or similar enterprise auth.
• 3+ years event-driven architectures using cloud-native integration/messaging.
• 3+ years modern software delivery: Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps, testing, monitoring, documentation.
• 1+ year deploying with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 1+ year AWS HealthLake, Snowflake or similar healthcare data platforms.

Responsibilities

• The selected contractor will serve as a Full Stack Developer resource for the project with portal experience.
• Contributes across frontend/backend, analyzes requirements, and designs solutions while integrating with cloud services.
