Placements24 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and implement scalable web applications using Node.js and React. You will work on both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and high performance in a fully remote environment.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development, strong JS skills, and experience with modern tooling. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful EdTech features for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with the React library and its ecosystem.
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Babel.
• Solid understanding of backend frameworks and database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies is beneficial.
• Experience working in agile methodologies.
• Prior experience with clients or projects related to the Eastern Cape region is advantageous.
