Job summary

Isuzu in Lake Orion, MI seeks a Web Developer II to design and develop its IGSS web properties. You will collaborate with teammates to design features, review code, and resolve issues, focusing on testable, responsive UI and robust backend services.

The role covers front-end work with React/Angular, back-end PHP/Laravel APIs, and DevOps tasks with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus MySQL and MongoDB data handling; mentorship and thorough documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years shipping production code to a cloud-based platform.
• Experience in back-end and front-end environments.
• 3+ years PHP (Laravel) and 3+ years JavaScript (React).
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD; Terraform/Helm/Kubernetes recommended.
• Relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo) databases; Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Front-end development with React/Angular for testable, responsive interfaces.
• Back-end development with PHP/Laravel and RESTful APIs.
• Code reviews, testing frameworks, and automation.
