Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is seeking a talented software developer to join its iVUEConnect Financials Development team. The role focuses on full stack development, modern architectures, and intelligent automation through agentic AI tools to improve business processes across accounting, HR, payroll, purchasing, and more.

The position emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering quality software in a hybrid work environment with multiple office locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient with Angular and TypeScript; Java or OO language experience.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Kafka, SSO, Cassandra.
• Experience with automated testing and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive web applications.
• Stand up RESTful web services.
• Container-driven development (Kubernetes, microservices).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex customer issues and bugs.
• Prototype agent-based features to enhance user experience or automate workflows.
