Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development and enhancement of their e-commerce platforms. This fully remote role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable online shopping experiences across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 5 years of professional full stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Extensive experience with back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby/Rails).
• Solid understanding of database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for remote teamwork.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
