Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer to provide software development and sustainment support to the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. The developer will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.

The role requires expertise in Angular, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services, working with cross-functional teams to meet mission needs while adhering to DoD standards and cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

• BS with 4+ years of relevant experience or MS with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
• 3–7 years of experience as an application developer (Journeyman level).
• Experience with Angular, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Windows Services; Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain application features for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular.
• Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C#.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Develop and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation and system integration.
• Conduct code reviews, unit and integration testing.
• Ensure conformance with DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards.
• Support lifecycle activities including requirements capture, design docs, deployment, and sustainment.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers.
