Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Remote Full Stack Developer to design and enhance enterprise SPA frontends with Angular v17+ and robust Java/Spring Boot backends. You will implement secure APIs, optimize Oracle-backed data models, and ensure accessibility and security standards across the stack.

The role emphasizes IAM integrations, DevSecOps practices, and collaboration within an Agile GovCon team to deliver compliant, scalable solutions for federal workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack SDLC experience.
• 3+ years with Angular (v12+, modern v17+) and TypeScript.
• 3+ years building secure REST APIs with Java/Spring Boot (v2.x/3.x).
• Strong Oracle SQL, schema design, and ORM with JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and Spring Security.
• Knowledge of Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Agile/Scrum collaboration and tools (Jira, GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Frontend SPA development using Angular v17+ and USWDS standards.
• Maintain Angular services, state management, and HTTP interceptors.
• Build secure REST APIs with Java/Spring Boot and ORM mappings.
• Implement ICAM integrations (OAuth2/OIDC/CAC) and RBAC.
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD (GitLab) and automated tests.
• Ensure 508/WCAG compliance and accessibility verifications.
