Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions seeks a Full Stack Developer to join our GovCon team, focusing on Angular (v17+) front end and Java Spring Boot back end, with Oracle DB integration. You will implement secure, scalable web applications and workflows within a compliant, enterprise-grade environment.

Work will involve building RESTful APIs, stateful frontend/backend services, and CI/CD driven DevSecOps practices, while adhering to accessibility and security standards across federal programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience across SDLC.
• 3+ years Angular (v12+/v17+).
• 3+ years Java/Spring Boot REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Frontend web development with Angular (v17+), SPAs, routing, forms, HTTP clients.
• Maintain Angular services, state management, and HTTP interceptors (JWT).
• Ensure Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for all interfaces.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices with Java/Spring Boot (v3.x).
• Maintain complex multi-tier workflow engines and state machines for lifecycle management.
• Secure electronic signatures and document workflows, including archival/retrieval of signed PDFs.
• Manage API specs with OpenAPI/Swagger, versioning and backward compatibility.
• Relational DB schemas with Oracle, JPA/Hibernate mappings, optimization.
• Automate data pipelines to ingest reference data from federal/external sources.
• Outbound API synchronization to downstream systems; data consistency.
