Prime Health Services in Franklin, TN is seeking a Senior Application Developer to lead the design and delivery of complex application features in a Microsoft stack. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, own work from discovery through production support, and mentor other developers.

Responsibilities include defining APIs, data models, testing strategies, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience building full-stack apps with .NET, C#, SQL Server, APIs, and testing.
• Experience delivering complex features across multiple systems and supporting production apps.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, data modeling, security, performance, CI/CD, and release practices.
• Experience leading technical design, code reviews, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to mentor developers and influence quality without direct supervision.
• Degree or equivalent experience to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for complex features.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify outcomes, dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Design secure, scalable solutions using .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure.
• Define API contracts, data models, and testing strategies.
• Establish testing approaches and review code, PRs, and documentation.
• Mentor developers in software design, testing, and responsible AI development.
