Job description

At Quilter, a Full-Stack Developer on the Application team plays a key role in building the interface between users and our cutting-edge circuit board compiler. Working alongside a tight-knit team of engineers and product support staff, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the UI that allows users to input detailed board specifications. You’ll also contribute to building powerful visualization tools that render board layouts and simulate physical behaviors, giving users instant feedback and insight into their designs.

Beyond user-facing features, this role involves managing the full technology stack—including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure components—to ensure a seamless and responsive experience. You'll work with AWS clusters to serve and run design jobs at scale. Quilter’s mission is to automate the blueprint phase of circuit board design, replacing months of manual labor with fast, intelligent software. As a developer on this team, you’ll be directly accelerating hardware development cycles by making complex design tools accessible, intuitive, and efficient.
