About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help bring the LiftPilot platform — and other cutting-edge projects — to the next level. This role is both strategic and hands-on.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development of high-performance, headless web applications (starting with LiftPilot.ai).

• Building sleek frontend experiences with Next.js and React.

• Architecting and customizing backend systems with WordPress (headless, where appropriate).

• Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.

• Translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive builds.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product leads) to refine and ship features quickly.

• Continuously improving our development workflows and tech stack.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of full stack development experience.
Deep expertise in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Strong experience customizing and optimizing WordPress (Advanced Custom Fields, headless CMS structures).
Solid understanding of Git, GraphQL, SASS, backend technologies, and CI/CD processes.
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS development, ABM technologies, or marketing automation platforms.
