The Anywhere Company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Hilton Head Island with hybrid work. You will help lead our R&D team, delivering scalable solutions used by Fortune-500 companies worldwide. Strong leadership and technical excellence are expected.

You will work in a fast-growing environment offering opportunities to influence product direction and ownership in a collaborative team.

Formación

• Technical university degree required.
• At least 5 years on a development team.
• Experience managing backlogs and people.

• Fundamental knowledge of machine learning & AI.

Senior Full Stack Developer
Location:Hilton Head Island, with hybrid working (you must live within a commutable distance of our offices)
Salary: $120k base + $20k Bonus + Stock Options ($150k total package)
Term: Full-time, permanent

Are you a full-stack developer with a Computer Science degree with some relevant work experience? Then The Anywhere Company might be a great fit for you.

You will be one of the leaders of our Research & Development team, building solutions that are used by Fortune-500 companies across the globe. This is a rapidly growing environment where you will be introduced to a range of different solutions and technology.

Our R&D team is small enough that your input will be significant, but large enough that there will be support when you need it. We work as a team, helping each other and coming up with better solutions every day.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Technical university degree from a top university
• At least 5 years' working post grauation on a development team
• Experience managing backlogs and people
• Experience with a mix: JavaScript, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS
• Fundamental knowledge of machine learning & AI

Additional experience in any of the following a plus, but not a must:

• Object-orientated JavaScript, functional programming, AWS, JSP, MySQL or Aurora.
• Have good design awareness and knowledge of design patterns.
• Have the motivation to improve the software, but most importantly, yourself.
