Job summary

Ford’s Enterprise Technology team is hiring a Sr. Full Stack Developer to own the modeling tool ecosystem and data analytics dashboards. You will work across Java/Spring Boot back-ends and React/Angular front-ends, crafting scalable APIs and automation scripts.

You’ll deploy on GCP and OpenShift, build CI/CD pipelines with Tekton/Jenkins, and apply AI/ML techniques to improve modeling intelligence. Hybrid onsite four days per week in Dearborn, Michigan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; RESTful and data APIs.
• Experience with Python; familiarity with AI/ML and data analytics libraries.
• Hands-on with GCP, OpenShift, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Front-end skills in JavaScript with React/Angular; RESTful services design.
• DevOps experience with Tekton/Jenkins, Git, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, test, and deployment of scalable back-end services and APIs.
• Build front-end interfaces using React or Angular and Node.js tooling.
• Develop automation scripts and data processing components.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Tekton and Jenkins.
• Deploy and monitor apps on GCP and OpenShift; manage Terraform-based infra.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across the lifecycle.
• Ensure code quality with automated tests and performance optimizations.
