Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, CS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, full-stack design, or related role.
• Experience designing enterprise applications with complex workflows and large data sets.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive applications.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive front-end development.
• Experience translating designs into Angular components and collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research through prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Design intuitive workflows for healthcare operations including claims, eligibility, authorizations, benefits, and member services.
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create responsive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, style guides, and interaction standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, and healthcare experts.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design reviews.
• Convert approved designs into production-ready Angular components using TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS.
• Develop and maintain Angular components, modules, services, directives, and routing.
