Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design process from research to prototyping and implementation.
  • Design workflows for healthcare operations like claims, eligibility, and services.
  • Translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create responsive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile apps.
  • Develop reusable components and design-system integrations in Angular.
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, analysts, and healthcare experts.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, and design reviews.
  • Convert approved designs into production-ready Angular components using TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS.
  • Develop and maintain Angular modules, services, directives, pipes, routing, reactive forms, and design-system integrations.
  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation and consistent user experiences.
  • Review existing applications and propose usability, accessibility, navigation, and visual improvements.
  • Design solutions that align with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full design process from research and requirements gathering through prototyping, testing, and implementation
  • Design intuitive workflows for healthcare operations including claims, eligibility, authorizations, benefits, provider management, member services, and reporting
  • Translate business needs and complex healthcare processes into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, style guides, and interaction standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, business Analysts, engineers, healthcare experts, and operational teams
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, and design reviews
  • Convert approved designs into production-ready Angular components using TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive techniques
  • Develop and maintain Angular modules, services, directives, pipes, routing, reactive forms, and design-system integrations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Three or more years of experience in UX/UI, product design, full-stack design, or a related role
  • Proven experience designing enterprise applications with complex workflows and large data sets
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and responsive application design
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive front-end development
  • Solid understanding of Angular architecture, component-based development, dependency injection, lifecycle hooks, routing, reactive forms, RxJS, and RESTful API integration
  • Experience implementing accessible, reusable UI components and translating design specifications into Angular applications
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
