Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members and conducting code reviews for enterprise platform implementations.
• 3+ large-scale platform modernization programs delivered for enterprise digital platforms.
• 5+ years of experience implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL database solutions and building REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design, integration patterns, and technology selection.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather technical requirements and translate findings into solution architecture and delivery plans.
• Guide and mentor full stack developers through code reviews and engineering standards.
• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications, APIs, and data integrations for scalable commerce solutions.
• Drive quality, performance, security, and scalability across delivery including CI/CD and testing approaches.
