Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced systems analyst lead to instruct, direct, and review the work of a project team. You will define the scope of complex programs, devise procedures, and guide the team through design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation across the full development life cycle.

You will supervise and mentor colleagues, coordinate with users, deliver technically complex solutions, and ensure user satisfaction while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field required.
• 3 years of Business Systems experience; 7 years of Application Development experience required.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in IT/CS or closely related field.
• Experience with large-scale system architecture and complex data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide the most complex architecture and technical designs including data mapping and process modeling for onboarding new clients.
• Oversee full application life cycle, coordinate with user groups to improve business processes and implement complex changes.
• Conduct complex analysis and provide estimates; plan installations of enhancements and integrations; ensure schedule adherence.
• Scan and debug complex technology to maintain optimum system performance.
• Provide guidance and education to lower level employees.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
